Pastor Charles Johnson
Mark 1:40-45

Incarnational love is a movement toward the broken and a solidarity with – identifying with – the broken. Jesus became a man precisely because he looks at broken and suffering people with compassion. Jesus left heaven and came here because of his desire to incarnate as love toward people. And in moving toward us, he became us.

What does it mean that we are God’s incarnational people? As those who benefit greatly from the incarnation – God’s movement toward us in our sin – what does it mean for us to inhabit God’s incarnation with our own lives?
