MISSION COLLECTIVE

The Mission Collective is both a thing and a group. The thing is the guide below – a collection of the C3 mission opportunities throughout the year – and the group is us, all of us, serving together.

This is an invitation to immerse yourself – body, mind, and spirit – into service in community. You have gifts to share, lives to touch, and friends to meet! This communal invitation is ours because we belong to Christ and therefore to one another – a connection that is vital to our wellbeing and to satisfying that for which we were created, to enjoy God and glorify Him forever. He is shaping us, as members of the Body of Christ, into a beautiful work – that we may impact the world. Welcome the wayfarers, abate suffering, broaden the heart, teach a little, sing a little, bake a little, pour out abundantly in manifold ways…

This guide is our way of putting together opportunities to get involved, plug in, and serve – here on campus, in greater Franklin, and beyond- as we move forward the C3 mission to transform life, together.

READY TO FIND YOUR PLACE?

  • READ this Mission Collective guide.
  • PRAY as you consider these mission focus areas.
  • IDENTIFY your thing and reach out to the contact person in your area of interest.
  • COMMIT to get involved, plug in, and serve – to move the mission forward!

Need help figuring out your thing? We’re here for you.
Our PLACE workshop is a great place to begin. PLACE workshops are offered quarterly at the church, offered as our gift to you to help you gain deeper insights into your unique design, grow in your ability to evaluate ministry opportunities, and get personal guidance in finding the right area of service for you. Learn more about PLACE on page 7 of the guide, and contact Gerry Wolf for details or to sign up for the next available session.
