After a three-year hiatus, C3 Students is resuming our beloved tradition of going to Panama City Beach for our High School Summer Camp!
Here are the details:
- When: July 11 – 15, 2022
- Where: Cottages Christian Retreat in Panama City Beach, Florida
- What: Enjoying a week of fun, fellowship, and growing together
- Who: Rising high school Freshmen through just-graduated Seniors
The cost for camp is $450. Registration and a $50 deposit are required to secure your spot. Important: When registering, please be sure to fill out all fields on the online form.
Check-in will be on Monday, July 11 at 7:30 a.m. in the Harpeth House Family Room. The bus will depart at 8:00 a.m.

We strive to keep the cost of camp as affordable as possible, but we know that for some families the tuition amount may feel like a financial burden. For this reason, we are happy to accept scholarship applications to help defray the cost of camp. Scholarships are awarded based on need and on a first-come, first-served basis. Click HERE to download the Scholarship Request Form. Then, drop off your completed scholarship application form to the C3 Student Office no later than Monday, June 27.
PLEASE RETURN ALL OTHER CAMP FORMS NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, JUNE 30. (This will greatly assist us in keeping camp check-in time short, and help us to depart for PCB on time.) Drop your forms by the C3 Students suite Monday – Thursday between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Or mail all completed registration forms (well before June 30) to:
